Approximately 15 Food Vendors are needed for the New Belgium FIBArk Whitewater Festival June 14-17, 2012 in Salida, CO. We are looking for creative, interesting, some healthy and delicious! All applications will be approved by the FIBArk Board for vendors’ acceptance into the festival. Exhibit spaces are allocated based on the serving side length of your booth, with a 10 ft. minimum required and will cost $50 per serving side foot. A $20 Non-Refundable Application Fee must accompany all applications. All Food Booths must be open during the festival at the following times:
Thursday, June 14, 2011 4:00 pm – 10:00 pm
Friday, June 15, 2011 10:00 am – 10:00 pm
Saturday, June 16, 2011 10:00 am – 10:00 pm
Sunday, June 17, 2011 10:00 am – 4:00 pm
Please note that Vendors will be asked to comply with all of Chaffee County Public Health requirements and permitting. As well, Vendors shall carry their own insurance policies with coverage that will be outlined in the acceptance contract provided to you by FIBArk. Upon acceptance, vendors will be asked to submit a copy of their Insurance Policy, Colorado State Health Permit, FIBArk Food Vendor Contract, along with full booth payment.
